We are seeking an experienced pharmaceutical Quality leader to oversee global quality operations, strengthen quality governance, and drive continuous improvement across international manufacturing and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a global quality transformation programme, strengthening quality culture, governance, and operational processes
  • Build, develop, and stabilise a growing quality organisation, including onboarding new managers and supporting teams across international locations
  • Act as the primary liaison between Global Quality, affiliates, and internal and external manufacturing partners
  • Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the supply chain to support uninterrupted patient supply
  • Harmonise quality systems, processes, and standards across multiple sites
  • Drive improvements in site quality and supply chain quality performance
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growing organisation
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement sustainable process enhancements
  • Support quality control improvement programmes and wider business transformation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed quality excellence across the organisation

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
  • Significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical quality
  • Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation and quality culture initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of GMP and global pharmaceutical quality regulations
  • Proven experience leading global or multi-site quality organisations
  • Strong leadership experience building, developing, and mentoring teams
  • Experience working across site quality, supply chain quality, and manufacturing operations
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions
  • Experience partnering with internal manufacturing sites and external manufacturing organisations (CMOs)
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on operational approach
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptable and pragmatic, with the ability to drive change in a growing organisation
  • Knowledge of aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing quality requirements
  • Experience supporting site quality and supply chain quality functions
  • Experience leading quality transformation programmes
