Global Program Director - Medical Aesthetics - Paris

An established global healthcare business is building a new aesthetics franchise from scratch, and extending its portfolio through external innovation. This is a genuine blank page: not maintaining an existing business, but building the operating model, partnerships and pipeline that will carry it forward. Real autonomy, direct visibility to senior leadership, and the ambition to become a top player in medical aesthetics.

You will be the central integrator, the person who takes an externally sourced asset from evaluation through to launch.

The Role

• Own the programme plan for an asset moving through development, registration and launch: timelines, milestones, risk and budget.
• Lead a cross-functional team spanning R&D, regulatory, quality, medical and commercial, without direct line authority.
• Manage external partners, developers, licensors, manufacturers and CDMOs, holding them to scope, timeline and quality.
• Support the evaluation of future assets alongside business development, bringing technical and programme judgement to the assessment.
• Not run regulatory submissions or clinical trials directly. Those sit with specialist teams; you carry overall accountability for the programme reaching launch.

What We Are Looking For

• Background in HA dermal fillers, botulinum toxins, injectable biostimulators, or closely adjacent device-led aesthetic or medical device products. Roughly 8-12 years, Manager to Director level.
• A track record supporting or leading a device or injectable product through development and registration (EU MDR, FDA or equivalent), whether from within a single function or across the full arc.
• Comfortable managing external development and manufacturing partners.
• Experience leading, or driving to success, a cross-functional team without formal authority.
• Genuine curiosity beyond your own specialism, with a record of stepping outside it.
• FDA or US regulatory exposure a strong plus, not a requirement.
• A relevant scientific or technical degree.

This is the first hire into a franchise that will grow asset by asset. As the portfolio expands, so does the scope and shape of this role.
