Responsibilities
- Work with international suppliers and teams, experiencing global collaboration first‑hand
- Gradually take ownership of your own procurement categories
- Build relationships and develop your own supplier network
- Learn how to negotiate, influence, and make decisions that matter
- Dive into markets, costs, and technologies in precision manufacturing
- Work at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy and be part of projects that improve global supply chains

Qualifications
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
- Initial experience in procurement, supply chain, or a technical field
- Interest in technical products or manufacturing
- Curious about international environments and cultures
- An analytical mindset, strong communication skills in German and English, as well as confidence to contribute your ideas
- Most importantly: eagerness to learn and the motivation to take the next step
