Summary
The Process & CoE PMO Analyst supports the ESO Center of Excellence by contributing to the development and continuous improvement of governance, methodologies, processes, and capabilities. The role supports the enterprise’s CoE Control Tower by preparing portfolio insights, performance reporting, and resource planning, enabling informed decision‑making and effective portfolio oversight.
Through analysis, coordination, and operational support, the analyst drives consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the project, program, and portfolio management landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Methodology & Framework Design – Create enterprise‑wide standardization and best practices; implement consistent project management frameworks, templates, and reporting structures.
- Reporting & Performance Management (Control Tower) – Coordinate inter‑program activities, manage dependencies and conflicts, monitor risks and KPIs, and prepare periodic reporting for senior management.
- Tools & Technology – Support the creation of governance tools, dashboards, templates, and process automation; act as key user of Promapp, Novac, Control Tower, and other digital tools.
- Capability & Enablement – Develop training programs and coach teams on ways of working to build skill development.
- Governance & Quality Assurance – Provide support to CoE PMO in ensuring quality and adherence to processes.
- Organizational Change & Communication – Promote adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies; coordinate training and communicate changes to program managers and stakeholders.
Context & Scope
- Collaborate with enterprise layers (global, region, etc.) to drive program synergies and ensure traction.
- Enable seamless flow of information and maintain transparency on decisions, program health, and visibility across forums.
- Manage the Control Tower, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders for timely reporting.
- Provide support to CoE PMO to deliver common goals.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification or relevant experience; formal qualification in project management preferred.
- +5 years of experience in project and/or program management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all business layers.
- Experience in a function or project/process management context.
- Structured approach to ways of working.
- High level of pro‑activeness and willingness to take responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of MS 365 tools and project management tools.
- Digital savvy.
