What are we looking for ?
Experience requirements:
6 years in Sales, Sales Ops, Trade/Brand/Category Marketing or Innovation roles, with a proven track record in launches and in-market activation.
Proven delivery of complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders, without direct authority.
Ability to convert strategy into execution - playbooks, toolkits, training, and adoption.
Strong commercial and analytical thinking - builds simple business cases, defines KPIs, and makes trade-offs.
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Desirable experience:
Strong understanding of Royal Canin business model and pet professional recommendation dynamics.
Experience in PRO ecosystems (breeders, shelters, other professionals) or adjacent professional channels (Vet, Pharmacy, B2B).
Exposure to digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle journeys, content, and performance marketing.
