This position sits at the heart of Echosens market development pharma partnerships — focused on building and scaling strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical companies to co-develop the MASH diagnostic and therapeutic ecosystem ahead of and following drug launches.
The Global Pharma Partnerships Director operates at the intersection of commercial, medical, market access, and digital — coordinating global and local teams across Echosens and their pharma partners to deliver impactful, scalable programmes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic pharma partnerships at the global level — from structuring and negotiating collaborations to driving day-to-day execution and long-term value
- Lead engagement with local commercial teams and regional affiliates, fostering operational collaboration and challenging markets to maximize partnership impact on the ground
- Coordinate global cross-functional workstreams across Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, Commercial and Sales — ensuring alignment between Echosens and pharma partners at every level
- Drive disease awareness, guideline dissemination and patient pathway initiatives jointly with pharma partners, engaging HCPs, KOLs, payers and health authorities
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships with pharma companies in Phase 3, positioning FibroScan as the reference diagnostic tool ahead of drug launches
- Unlock new collaboration opportunities leveraging Echosens' clinical and real-world data capabilities, including contributing to the design of innovative data-driven solutions and digital offerings for pharma partners.
Your profile
- > 8 years of experience in pharma commercial launches, strategic partnerships, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of the pharma stakeholder ecosystem, including commercial, medical affairs, market access, and RWE/HEOR.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, translating strategy into operational impact.
- Proven capability to lead multiple workstreams in parallel and manage complexity effectively.
- Comfort operating at all organizational levels, from boardroom discussions with senior pharma executives to hands‑on engagement with local teams.
- Experience in hepatology, gastroenterology, or metabolic diseases is considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with data solutions and digital business models as a key competitive advantage.
