As Global Communication Manager, you will shape and drive the communication strategy of our Pet Food Division at a global level. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand visibility, enhancing our reputation, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all markets.
In this role, you will:Develop and implement the division’s internal and external communication strategy to support business growth, strengthen brand equity, and ensure message consistency worldwide.
Drive the deployment of Group communication initiatives while showcasing the achievements, innovations, and expertise of the Pet Food Division across relevant communication channels.
Design and deliver compelling communication tools, campaigns, and content that bring our strategy to life and engage both internal and external audiences.
Monitor and measure communication performance through relevant KPIs, analyze outcomes, and recommend actions to maximize impact and achieve business objectives.
Manage the communication budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and a strong return on investment.
Lead, inspire, and develop the communication team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
Your profile
Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.7 to 10+ years of experience in communication, ideally within an international and matrixed expertise in both internal and external communications, with a proven track record of operating in global environments.
Experience supporting organizational transformation and change management initiatives, with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural business settings.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making across multiple levels of the stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, geographies, and cultures.
Proven ability to translate complex technical or scientific information into clear, engaging, and audience-focused understanding of modern communication channels, tools, and best practices, including digital communication level of cultural awareness, adaptability, and sensitivity when working across diverse international teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
