Global People Ops Lead: Payroll, Compliance & HR

Free2move in Paris is seeking an International People Operations lead to manage day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, multi-country payroll (EMEA & US), labor-law compliance, and HR reporting.

Reporting to the People Ops Lead, you will optimize processes, maintain DEEL HRIS, handle immigration, and support office administration across hubs. Fluency in English and French required; German a plus.
