Global Partnerships Lead (Remote) - HR Tech Growth

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and scale a global referral partner ecosystem from France. You will own the strategy, manage a large portfolio of partners, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive pipeline and revenue in a fully remote environment.

You’ll design scalable programs, negotiate and onboard partners across HR tech, payroll, accounting, and advisory services, and use data to optimize performance.
