Global OT Cybersecurity Manager for Industrial Risk & Transformation

You will join L'Oréal’s Global Operations and Finance CISO function in France to lead information security and technology risk management for industrial plants and fulfillment centers. You will partner with zones, operations, and finance to drive large-scale transformation across the global footprint.

The role requires deep OT/IT security expertise, experience with IEC 62443, the Purdue model, and regulatory standards such as NIS2 and GDPR, plus strong English communication across global teams.
