Global Operations & Systems Leader

Fairmat is seeking a Head of Operations to design, strengthen and continuously improve the company’s operating system. You will lead Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial Development, and Planning, ensuring customer demand and financial planning operate as one integrated engine.

The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Leadership Team, with teams across Europe, the United States and China.
