Global Operations & Systems Leader

Fairmat seeks a Head of Operations to design, strengthen and continuously improve the systems that power our growth. This role will ensure the company delivers on commitments while staying agile and scalable.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Operations & Finance organization with teams across Nantes, Paris, the United States and China, coordinating Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning to operate as one integrated engine.
