Global Oncology Market Access Lead
This is an international role focused on market access, pricing and reimbursement, with responsibility across key European markets and exposure to the US. You will work across global, regional and local teams to shape access strategies, support launches and ensure products are positioned effectively with payers and HTA bodies.
The role would suit an experienced market access professional who has built strong country-level expertise and is now ready to take on a broader international remit.
About The RoleYou will lead and support market access activities across several oncology products throughout the product lifecycle, from early development through launch and post-launch.Key Responsibilities Include- Developing market access strategies and supporting their implementation across priority markets.
- Providing pricing and reimbursement input for European markets, with some exposure to US access strategy.
- Supporting HTA, reimbursement and value submissions, working with affiliates to address local evidence and payer requirements.
- Contributing to global pricing and access plans and translating these into effective country strategies.
- Supporting launch readiness by identifying access requirements, evidence needs and potential payer challenges early.
- Using payer insights, HEOR, real-world evidence and market intelligence to strengthen value propositions and access strategies.
- Working closely with medical, commercial, HEOR, regulatory and government affairs colleagues.
- Monitoring changes in HTA, pricing, reimbursement and healthcare policy and assessing their impact on the portfolio.
- Providing guidance and support to Market Access/Pricing Managers.
- Strong experience across market access, pricing and reimbursement.
- Experience contributing to or leading HTA, reimbursement or value submissions.
- A strong understanding of European access and reimbursement processes.
- Experience supporting product launches or major market access projects.
- Experience working with payers or other external healthcare stakeholders.
- Exposure to multiple markets or a regional/global market access environment.
- Experience within a multinational pharmaceutical organisation.
- The ability to connect market access strategy with wider commercial and business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- US market access experience would be advantageous, although European expertise is the priority.
- Previous mentoring or people-management experience would be beneficial.
You will remain close to the market access work while gaining greater strategic responsibility and developing your leadership experience through supporting two Market Access/Pricing Managers.
