Global Onboarding & People Programs Lead

Pigment is seeking an Onboarding & People Program Manager to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires across global teams. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage effective onboarding and learning programs, ensuring compliance with French training regulations.

You will lead initiatives to support employee engagement, collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, and ensure continuous evolution of onboarding materials.
