Global Onboarding Lead — SaaS Migrations & Adoption

Deel is hiring for a client onboarding/CS-focused role that migrates customers from acquired companies to the Deel platform. You will act as trusted advisor, manage onboarding, and advocate for clients while collaborating with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

You will drive on-time onboarding through stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and process improvements, enabling client growth with Deel and ensuring a smooth transition across teams.
