Global Onboarding Experience Lead

Mistral Ai is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to shape the experience for every new joiner worldwide. You will work with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace to ensure a seamless, tailored onboarding from offer acceptance through the first weeks and beyond.

You will design programs, coordinate sessions, and measure effectiveness to continuously improve the onboarding journey across regions. This role offers the chance to impact employee experience and help scale processes globally.
