Pluxee, a global leader in Employee Benefits and Engagement, seeks a visionary Offers - Global Director to lead the transformation of our service portfolio into a scalable catalog. Based in Paris, this role drives design, deployment, and performance management of offers across 28 countries.

You will partner with product, marketing, sales and country teams to define value propositions, delivery models, and pricing.
