About the Role
Join us at a pivotal moment as we continue to strengthen and harmonize our global Field Medical capabilities. As Global MSL Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the global MSL community at Servier by driving excellence, capability building, and impactful scientific engagement worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :Support global MSL/Field Medical excellence standards, capabilities and ways of working
Animate affiliate Field Medical Community
Support global adoption of MSL/Field Medical Excellence initiatives across affiliates
Embed Field Medical methodology into medical planning and execution
Strengthen MSL/Field Medical training, onboarding and capability development
Support field insights, metrics, analytics and field medical impact measurement
Promote compliant, non-promotional and high-quality Field Medical activities
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile :Education: Advanced scientific or clinical degree (Pharm
D, Ph
D, MD, or equivalent Life Sciences qualification) Experience: Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Previous experience as an MSL Manager or in a Field Medical Excellence role is strongly preferred. Hard Skills:Strong expertise in MSL and Field Medical excellence, scientific engagement, insight generation, and medical impact measurement
Experience designing and deploying capability-building, onboarding, and training programs
Proven track record in global or regional matrix organizations
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
Soft Skills:Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities
Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach
High level of integrity, scientific rigor, and commitment to compliance
