Global Mobility Lead — Hybrid & Remote Benefits

Coface is seeking a skilled International Mobility specialist to advise on mobility lifecycles and the V.I.E program. You will lead compensation reviews, coordinate relocations, and monitor costs and KPIs within a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team and host trainings to raise internal expertise, ensuring best practices across the organization.
