Global Migrations Operations Lead

Deel is seeking a sharp, hands-on operations leader to run one of our largest migration programs. You’ll untangle blockers, align teams, and report clearly to leadership while also shaping better workflows across the migration team.

You’ll apply AI as a default tool to drive efficiency and reduce manual work. You’ll own Deel Local Payroll migration, track progress, map payroll data for accuracy, and partner with product, engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver fixes.
