Nous recherchons notre Global Metro Leader. Vous gérez une large gamme d’activités et reportez au Directeur Global Métro. Ce rôle présente une forte dimension opérationnelle ainsi qu’internationale afin de conduire efficacement les projets à différentes étapes du cycle de vie.

The Global Metro Leader will lead a wide range of activities as directed by the Global Metro Director. This role has a strong operational as well as an international dimension to drive successful outcomes of projects at different stages of the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Tenders
  • Support the Tender Team to develop compelling offers. Includes defining the production strategy for the tenders, coordinating with technical and commercial teams to prepare the proposal, allocating key people and experts, and preparing the methodology highlighting the value Egis brings with its differentiating capabilities.
  • Coordinate with Regional, Business and Service Line Directors and Human Resources Department to mobilise resources at the tender stage and for the delivery of the projects.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments including technical and contractual aspects.
• Project Delivery
  • Ensure a robust mobilisation plan is implemented that is aligned with the requirements of the projects.
  • Provide support to Project Directors to manage technical risks progressively.
  • Ensure proper support to perform technical audits on critical projects.
  • Lead task forces to manage the resolution of critical issues faced by projects in collaboration with the regional delivery teams.
• Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead initiatives including knowledge management, production management and technical action plan to help improve Egis’s overall performance.
  • Initiatives can be strategic as well as operational and require cross‑regional collaborative working with clear outcomes.

• Gestion de projet – Compréhension des enjeux techniques, commerciaux, financiers et contractuels d’un projet de transport urbain/ferroviaire.
• Réalisation de projet – Capacité à délivrer les projets grâce à des missions et des jalons clairs.
• Culture Egis – Compréhension des différentes parties prenantes d'Egis pour interagir de manière efficace avec l’ensemble de nos départements.
• Compétences analytiques – Capacité à comprendre et structurer rapidement les problèmes, ainsi que la synthèse pour faciliter la prise de décision.
• Langue – Maîtrise étendue obligatoire de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Le français serait apprécié, tout comme d'autres compétences linguistiques complémentaires.

Ce poste est basé sur l’une de ces localités : Europe, au Moyen‑Orient, en Asie ou en Amérique.

• Egis culture – Understanding of Egis stakeholders to engage productively with multiple departments.
• Analytical skills – Rapid problem structuring and synthesizing to enable decision making.
• Language – Extremely proficient in English, both written and spoken is mandatory. French will be desirable as will be other language skills.
