Global Medical Strategy & Governance Leader

Ipsen seeks a Global Head of Medical Strategy, Operations & Governance to lead a multidisciplinary Medical team and drive a Best-in-Class function across Oncology, Neuroscience and Rare Diseases.

You will collaborate with R&D, commercial, legal, IT and Quality to align strategy, governance, budgets and KPIs, oversee the Medical Evolution Roadmap, and ensure compliant, patient‑centered execution.
