The Medical Direction & Patient Consumer (DMPC) of Pierre Fabre is hiring a Global Medical Lead to join the Global Medical Affairs team in Innovative Oncology in Boulogne to define and implement the medical & patient strategy for colorectal cancer .
Key Responsibilities:
- To define the medical & patient strategy for the portfolio/disease area, including all the products marketed and/or to be launched and to ensure excellent execution of the medical part of the Integrated Brand Plans and in line with the allocated budget.
- To support the countries in their medical plan execution for example with regards to data generation activities
- Provide medical expertise: define the development and management of the scientific content of all the medical communication resources including content development and approval
- Cross-functional working with several departments including patient centricity, publications, MSL organisation, medical insights department and medical operation platform
- To lead the cross functional working within the medical department, in particular the medical advisor/s, patient centricity representative, publication representative
- To develop and ensure appropriate interactions with a network of external experts across multiple projects: setting up advisory boards, partnerships, symposia etc.
This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week after the trial period.

- Profile
Medical Doctor; pharmacist, PhD, with at least 5 years in a medical department around medical affairs activities
Field experience if possible and medical expertise
English and other languages if possible
Pack Office, PUBMED and other medical tools
Regulation, ethic and compliance rules knowledge
Ability to anticipate the future changes in the medical field
Planning of ambitious & realistic objectives and delivering accordingly
Serve patient in her/his daily work
