Moët Hennessy Corporate is opening a temporary contract within the Media team , reporting directly to the VP, Transformation & Marketing.
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Global Media Manager to join Moët Hennessy’s Marketing and Transformation department, based in Paris (FR) for a maternity cover, starting September 2026.
Reporting to the Vice President Transformation & Marketing , this role supports the development and deployment of global media governance, operational excellence, capability building and strategic initiatives across Moët Hennessy Maisons and Distribution Markets. Working closely with the Global Digital Media Lead , the successful candidate will operate cross-functionally with Maisons, local markets, media agencies and external partners to strengthen media maturity, improve ways of working and drive media effectiveness at scale.
The role of Global Media Manager at Moët Hennessy combines two key dimensions:
- Providing Internal Media Expertise : Acting as an internal media expert and strategic partner to Moët Hennessy Maisons and Distribution Markets across a broad range of media-related projects & business needs, from supporting C-level strategic decision‑making to day‑to‑day campaign media planning
- Developing Media Excellence : Contributing to the development of the Moët Hennessy Global Media Centre of Excellence within the company’s Marketing Transformation department, driving initiatives focused on capability building, innovation & upskilling, governance, data management and operational excellence
This role requires a senior media professional with the ability to adapt across a wide range of projects, combining strong strategic thinking, a deep operational understanding of media, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex organisation.
Job responsibilities
Internal Media Expertise & Strategic Support
- Act as a trusted expert to Moët Hennessy’s Maisons and Markets across the full media planning journey, providing strategic guidance and practical problem‑solving support applied to the teams’ needs
- Support teams on upstream topics including C-level strategic media recommendations, global campaign strategy development, agency briefing and challenging agency recommendations, as well as multi‑market campaign coordination & planning
- Provide guidance on downstream operational topics such as campaign execution (e.g. channel, format & targeting to implement), data management & governance (e.g. taxonomy & tracking), reporting and performance monitoring
- Partner with media agency teams to help resolve challenges quickly and ensure smooth delivery across campaigns & projects
Global Media Centre of Excellence
- Contribute to the development of Moët Hennessy’s Global Media Centre of Excellence, driving initiatives focused on media capability building, upskilling and best practice sharing across the organisation
- Develop and /or maintain existing media frameworks, governance and tools that aim to improve consistency, efficiency and operational excellence across Maisons and markets
- Support strategic transformation projects that linked to media effectiveness & measurement
Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders from different departments (e.g. consumer & market intelligence, public affairs & legal, e‑business, procurement & finance etc.) and agency partners to drive continuous improvement in media ways of working and adoption of global standards.
Profile
Profile and skills :
- 10+ years of experience in media, communications, digital marketing, or media strategy, with strong expertise across strategy, planning, operations, and campaign execution.
- Experience in complex international organisations, luxury brands, or media agency environments.
- Strong understanding of media governance, capability development, and transformation programmes, combined with solid project management skills.
- Fluent in English and French, with proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across markets and functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset, strong operational rigour, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused, with a genuine passion for media, brand building, and the luxury industry.
