Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Masterplan & GTM Manager to lead the coordination of global marketing planning processes and ensure Go-To-Market excellence across the organization.

In this highly visible cross-functional role, you will drive alignment between Product & Experience, Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Commercial, and 360 teams to ensure seasonal priorities are translated into actionable plans and successfully executed worldwide.

Your Main Missions:

Masterplan Governance & Execution

  • Own and coordinate the seasonal Masterplan process across regions and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional teams regarding Masterplan execution and readiness.
  • Ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables are planned, tracked, and delivered on time and at the expected quality level.
  • Monitor seasonal priorities and assess alignment with strategic briefs and launch objectives.
  • Review and challenge budget allocations across Masterplan initiatives.
  • Consolidate regional requests for additional assets, local activations, and key account needs.
  • Ensure consistent omnichannel execution across all markets.

Go-To-Market & 360 Process Leadership

  • Act as the key interface between Marketing teams and the Salomon 360 organization.
  • Ensure Marketing readiness at every stage of the Go-To-Market process.
  • Represent marketing requirements and constraints throughout planning cycles.
  • Facilitate milestone reviews, launch readiness assessments, and decision-making processes.
  • Identify, anticipate, and escalation planning, resource, or capacity risks when needed.

Cross-Functional Facilitation & Alignment

  • Coordinate interactions between Product, Category, Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams.
  • Ensure alignment between briefs, deliverables, priorities, and launch timelines.
  • Manage dependencies across functions and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
  • Support teams in navigating complex planning cycles and organizational processes.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Drive improvements to planning methodologies, governance, and internal marketing processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Promote best practices and contribute to the evolution of Salomon’s Go-To-Market operating model.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Go-To-Market, or related functions.
  • Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects in international environments.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Proven ability to operate successfully in matrix organizations.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, driving change, and continuously improving ways of working.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
