Responsibilities
- Develop a market assessment & commercialization strategy and produce quarterly market share analysis, pricing analysis, competitive deep dives analysis
- Develop a deep understanding of clinical and industry trends in the segment
- Perform product & service economic analysis, develop and support portfolio diversification strategies
- Lead NPI launch plans and develop business cases in collaboration with Product Managers and marketing plans with Region Marketing Leaders
- Develop impactful value propositions, for assigned products/offers/services
- Participate in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope
- Lead the development of Global Go To Market strategy
- Define solid evidence generation plans required to support our Value Propositions
- Work closely with KOLs, Global & Regional clinical teams as well as research teams
- Develop close collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders
- Collaborate with counterparts from IGS & ICAR to develop compelling Value Prop, evidence generation and sales tools
- Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services
Requirements
- Based on an educational level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Significant experience in Marketing management & New Products Launches
- Significant marketing experience in upstream or downstream roles, including market analysis, customer insights, product launch, business development and branding
- Prior experience in both global and region product marketing
- Familiar with the healthcare industry/MedTech products
- Experience managing an international brand
- Sound clinical expertise in interventional cardiology (devices and/or imaging)
- Sound knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Very good interpersonal and leadership skills
