Global Marketing and Communication Assistant Intern

Description

Reporting to the Marketing team for Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle at the global headquarters in Paris, you will play a real day-to-day liaison role with the marketing, product development and communications team, helping to manage product launches and implement the global marketing strategy.

Product marketing

• Competitive product/price intelligence & market research to formulate product development recommendations
• Management of mock-ups and samples for all product developments
• Follow-up of artworks on product developments
• Analysis of business mix by country per quarter and formulation of recommendations

360° Marketing & Communication

• Help design the tools required for activations and monitor their execution on a daily basis
• Consolidation of reports and analysis of activations
• Competitive intelligence on competitors' best practices in order to formulate activation recommendations in line with the brand's DNA
• Manage community management on the brand's Instagram account
• Help organize press, influencer and boutique events (creative follow‑up, schedule management, coordination of production and various contacts, etc.)

Qualifications

Profile

• As a student with a degree (Bac 3/4) from a business or communications school, you are comfortable with operational tasks and have a good command of office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• You are rigorous and structured with an analytical mind, versatile, responsive, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are fluent in French and English, have good writing skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
