Global Luxury Watch Sales Manager

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us develop and expand our retail network. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with watch brands or in the broader luxury/horology space, who has a genuine interest in watchmaking, and ideally an existing network of retail and distribution contacts.

Responsibilities

• Expand our global retail network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new retail partners (authorized dealers, boutiques, department stores)

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail partners to drive sell-through and brand visibility

• Organize and participate in key industry events — both B2B (trade shows, retailer meetings) and B2C (exhibitions, brand events)

• Develop product collaborations and limited editions in partnership with retailers or external partners

• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury watch distribution, wholesale, or retail

• Track record of supporting or managing retail partner relationships

• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage collaboration projects from concept to execution

• Familiarity with independent watchmaking and the broader watch industry landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing portfolio of luxury watch retail or collector contacts

• Existing network of authorized retailers or distributors in key markets

• Experience attending or exhibiting at major watch industry events (e.g., Watches & Wonders, Geneva Watch Days, Dubai Watch Week, WatchTime NYC)
