Global Legal Counsel - Contracts, GDPR & IP

Joko, a Paris-founded tech company, is building an AI-powered shopping assistant and expanding globally. We seek a Legal Counsel to manage contracts, GDPR compliance, and corporate law matters across France and future markets, reporting to the Head of Legal.

You will collaborate with the DPO, Product team, and external advisors to ensure compliant growth, including US expansion, while maintaining high standards of risk management and IP protection.
