Global Learning & Development Lead

Forvia Interiors, based in Nanterre, part of Faurecia, is seeking a Global Training Specialist to coordinate and deploy learning initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will partner with regional HR teams to design and improve training programs, monitor KPIs and budgets, and ensure compliance and data privacy across regions.

The role requires 4+ years in L&D or HR project management and a Master's degree in a related field; fluency in English is
