Global Lean & CI Leader

Redwire Space is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Lead to drive enterprise Lean and CI initiatives across global sites. You will act as a change agent to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

You will coach cross-functional teams, partner with Operations and Engineering, and establish governance for CI pipelines. A Lean Black Belt or higher and 10+ years of experience are required.
