Global Lead, Solid Tumor Immuno-Oncology Development

Sanofi is seeking a Global Project Head to drive worldwide clinical development and lifecycle management for a late‑stage immunotherapeutic in Solid Tumor Oncology. You will lead the global product team to optimize development strategy and ensure regulatory alignment across functions.
