Global LCL Centralization & Product Development Lead

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior leader to drive the LCL shipments Centralization project and develop the LCL product to grow volumes and profitability. The role requires steering regional rollout, defining policy, and building a regional services network while aligning with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in consolidation, hands-on LCL product experience, and strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
