Who is DESOTEC?

Private equity funds managed by Blackstone acquired DESOTEC in 2021.

Why are we hiring a Global Key Account Manager at DESOTEC?

To support our continued international expansion, we are strengthening our strategic commercial team with a Global Key Account Manager. In this role, you will own and develop a portfolio of key global accounts—primarily headquartered in France—while driving growth across Europe and the US. You will play a critical role in building long-term partnerships, unlocking cross-border opportunities, and creating value across business units and industries.

What will you do as Global Key Account Manager at DESOTEC?

As a Global Key Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in managing and developing strategic international accounts. Your impact goes far beyond traditional sales:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and decision‑making level
  • Develop and execute long‑term account strategies focused on sustainable growth
  • Identify and drive opportunities across countries and business units
  • Align internal stakeholders (sales, business development, R&D, operations) around one customer strategy
  • Lead strategic discussions, partnerships, and high‑impact projects while monitoring performance via KPIs

What does your team look like as Global Key Account Manager?

As Senior Key Account Manager, you will be part of an international and ambitious commercial team, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions. You will collaborate with colleagues from sales, business development, R&D, and operations, ensuring a fully aligned approach towards key accounts. You report directly to senior commercial leadership within DESOTEC.

Who are you as Global Key Account Manager?

You are a strategic relationship builder with a strong business mindset and international experience.

Ideally based in France , with willingness to travel across Europe and the US.

10–15+ years of experience in an international industrial environment.

Strong technical affinity to understand and communicate complex solutions.

Proven track record in key account management, business development, or senior sales.

Experience in sectors such as biogas, chemicals, water treatment, soil remediation, or environmental technologies is a strong asset.

Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
