Global KAM Director – Livestock

Reporting to the Global Commercial Center of Excellence, the Global KAM Director – Livestock is responsible for planning, implementing, and steering Area Business Plans for Strategic Key Accounts at a global level, in close collaboration with the Key Account Managers operating in each country where the Group is present.

The purpose of the role is to maximize the penetration of CEVA’s solutions across all markets by developing consistent, harmonized, and long‑term relationships with key customers at the international level. The position also aims to support local teams in delivering value across multiple layers of customer organizations, following a fully integrated “One Ceva” approach.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build strong relationships with regional organizations of Strategic and Key Accounts to establish a trusted partnership, in line with the “One Ceva” approach.
  • Define and communicate Area customer priorities to local teams, ensuring alignment with business needs. Provide market and growth insights required to develop robust Strategic Account Plans and Area Business Plans (ABPs).
  • Implement Pulse Activities and Value Co‑Creation Meetings with priority accounts, ensuring rigorous follow‑up.
  • Plan, deploy, and review ABPs for Strategic Key Accounts with local KAMs, in alignment with the Group’s SAM/KAM strategy.
  • Develop specific priorities for Strategic Accounts in connection with the Global Customer Plan (GCP).
  • Actively participate in and lead negotiations with identified priority accounts, ensuring mutual value creation for Ceva and its customers.
  • Ensure cross‑country collaboration to align strategies and guidance for international customers.
  • Oversee the operational and functional management of local teams involved in Strategic Accounts, including coaching, training, and development.
  • Monitor commercial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Area accounts, and conduct performance reviews with local teams.
  • Analyze and assess the impact of customer initiatives on Ceva’s profitability (P&L) to ensure optimal short‑, mid‑, and long‑term return on investment.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Technical Services, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to mobilize the right resources and deliver customer value.

Your Profile

Core Competencies and Technical Skills

  • Strong strategic planning and value co‑creation mindset; ability to translate Area priorities into actionable Account Business Plans.
  • Proven capability to build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and to mobilize cross‑functional, cross‑country teams under a “One Ceva” approach.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills to guide, train and grow KAMs (including consultative selling and key account management capabilities).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead complex commercial discussions with Top Priority Accounts to deliver mutual value.
  • Strong market knowledge and business acumen within the species and Area scope; ability to consolidate insights and share them clearly with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to align countries, influence decisions, and drive Monthly Business Reviews.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, animal science, veterinary medicine or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Significant experience in key account management/strategic account management and commercial leadership in a matrix, multi‑country environment; experience managing and developing teams is required.

Travel Required

This position will require regular business travel within the Area (estimated up to 30% of time, depending on business needs).
