Global IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) — Hybrid

KellyDeli seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide high-quality 1st/2nd line IT support for its network of sushi kiosks across Europe and beyond. You will handle hardware like tablets, printers, and routers, support software, and manage IT asset lifecycle while collaborating with a global team.

Reporting to the Partner IT Support Manager, you will help improve services, contribute to projects, and train staff on equipment usage. English communication is essential; French or Mandarin are desirable.
