What are you going to do?
As a Global IT risk manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening the global IT risk management framework within our international Ayvens Digital & IT organization: a central entity and 42 countries. You will support the business in identifying, owning, and managing IT risk and control activities related to digital transformation.
You will report to the Chief of Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Governance, Control, and Compliance
- Acting as a liaison between the First and Second Line of Defense, facilitating effective challenge and monitoring.
- Supporting central LOD1 in implementing new controls and audit preparation.
- Support implementation of LOD2 NFR processes: Incident & losses, Issue Management and Action Tracking, New Product Significant Changes, Outsources Services and ICT Services, RCSA, Risk Acceptance, L1 Controls.
- Ensure compliance of all IT departments (42 countries) with internal IT policies, standards and processes related to Production, Project Management, Business Continuity, Cyber security, Third Party.
Reporting and Awareness
- Produce regular risk report and dashboards for senior management and governance bodies globally, centrally, and per region/country (42 countries).
- Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Promote IT risk awareness and a strong risk culture across IT and business teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of IT risk assessments.
- Act as a trusted advisor on IT risk matters.
- Provide recommendations to reduce and control IT risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT risk management framework.
- Act as a key interface between IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Help Ayvens to gain in maturity on IT risk topics.
- Manage the construction of the resiliency plan.
Required Profile
Education
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in risk management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- You have 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management and internal control, ideally in an international and digital environment.
Technical skills
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EBA, BCBS, ECB) is essential.
- Experience with control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ISO, or NIST.
Soft skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
