Global IT Purchasing Strategy Leader

Valeo, headquartered in Paris, is seeking a Procurement Buyer for IT/Telecom with at least 3 years of international experience. You will define purchasing strategy, run global tenders, and ensure governance and compliance with Valeo standards. The role involves budget planning and supplier performance monitoring within a global, automotive-tech context.
