Job Description
We are looking for a Global IT Operating Excellence Lead to strengthen how we run, govern and scale IT across a global organisation. Reporting to the CIO within the CDIO Office, you will sit at the heart of IT, connecting finance, vendors and workforce to enable smarter decisions, stronger partnerships and sustainable performance.
Responsibilities
- Bring visibility and discipline to IT investments, driving financial clarity, forecast accuracy and cost optimisation across all activities.
- Shape and lead a global vendor strategy, ensuring partnerships deliver performance, value and resilience.
- Create a clear view of workforce capacity across internal teams and partners, anticipating risks, closing capability gaps and supporting a more scalable and future‑ready operating model.
- Turn data into insight, enabling leaders to act with confidence and align IT delivery with business priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in IT financial management, vendor governance or operations with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Analytical, pragmatic and outcome‑focused, able to connect strategy, finance, operations and people into clear, actionable plans.
- Credibility, curiosity and the confidence to challenge and improve how things are done.
