Global IT End-User Support Specialist II

Duck Creek Technologies LLC. is seeking a Global End User Support Analyst II to provide frontline IT support to end users across the organization. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, document solutions, and collaborate with IT and Security teams to resolve inquiries.

This is a non-managerial role with strong analytical and communication requirements. This role requires 1–3 years in technical support, familiarity with Windows/Mac, and ticketing tools.
