Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in preparing, launching and completing contracting processes for corporate RFPs.
• Manage RFP administration using tools such as Cvent, ANAIS, HRS, Tableau, and GDS.
• Assist KAMs in managing opportunities in B2B CRM tools.
• Export and import bids between Cvent and external tools, correct files, and email hotels for additional information.
• Process GDS loading: cross‑reference data with the client’s RLI, update account profiles, monitor progress, and keep KAMs updated.
• Conduct rate audits: review hotel bids for errors, blackout dates, and loading issues; resolve issues with hotels or the WN team; utilize GDS systems; compile notes and upload for KAMs.

Knowledge & Training

• Participate in regular calls and trainings to improve knowledge of the tools.
• Collect needs from KAMs, Hotels, and the RFP & Contracting Team to inform tool enhancements.
• Support rate loading into HRS and other external tools.

Qualifications

• Medium level Excel skills.
• Detail oriented, flexible, adaptable, team spirit, patient, and solution oriented.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of the corporate segment and corporate contracting processes is an added value.
