Global Innovation Manager – France, Neuilly-sur-Seine

About the Job

As part of the Global Innovation & Portfolio Management team, you will work on global and local brands and product platforms, collaborating with Global Brand Innovation Leads, Brand Teams, Market Insights, R&D, Procurement, Consumer Research agencies and AI‑agents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front‑End Product Innovation (60% of time)
   • Support Brand Innovation Leads in transforming consumer and business insights into innovation ideas, product concepts, testing, market research, data analysis and initial business opportunity assessment.
   • Align stakeholders to move projects from early idea to development stage.
2. Innovation Portfolio Management (20% time)
   • Track and analyse the global Innovation Portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across all countries and brands.
3. Innovation Culture Building (20% time)
   • Develop internal Innovation initiatives to drive a Challenger Mindset culture, including quarterly Innovation Awards.
   • Create learning courses and content to build innovation capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Business or Marketing degree (Master’s preferred).
• 4‑5years of professional experience in brand building or product innovation, ideally within FMCG or OTC with a matrix structure.
• Professional fluency in English; French not required.
