The Enterprise Strategy Operationalization (ESO) Team is a newly created team which will be agnostic to drive an enterprise view and be focused on orchestrating the delivery of our strategy. Bringing together S&OP , Project/Program Management and Graphics into one dedicated team which drives cross functional WOW.

To enable the creation of the new functional ESO team and a Center of Excellence (Co

E), it will be critical to develop the right processes, systems, and tools to enable governance, efficiency and effectiveness across the Portfolio of Programs. It will also be critical that the Co

E builds the necessary competence frameworks, career pathways and development programs to enable continual development of the ESO associates. This role will be the key PMO for enabling this.

What are we looking for?\n\n

Higher Education Qualification or relevant Experience

Formal qualification in project management (preferable).

10 years of project/ program management

Experience in Stakeholder relationship building

Functional experience of project/program management

Structured ways of working
