Global Incentive Travel Director

egg is seeking an experienced leader to drive end-to-end international incentive travel programmes across multiple countries. You will build trusted relationships with global clients, suppliers and destination partners, and develop creative concepts that exceed expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while staying ahead of travel trends and AI-enabled proposal processes.
