Global Implementation & Adoption Manager

Aletiq is seeking a Customer Success professional to guide clients through implementation and adoption, ensuring long-term satisfaction. You will collaborate with teams across the company to design workflows, train users, and expand use cases while driving measurable ROI.

The role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing position, exceptional communication, and fluency in French and English. Travel up to a week per month to the US or other locations is expected.
