Global HRIS Manager: SAP SuccessFactors & RBP (Hybrid Paris)

CLM Search is seeking an HRIS Manager to join their international HR team in Paris. This role involves overseeing key areas of SAP SuccessFactors and participating in strategic HR transformation projects.

The successful candidate will manage SuccessFactors modules, govern global permissions, and collaborate with global HR stakeholders. Ideal applicants will have HRIS experience and international exposure, with a clear growth path to HRIS Director level.
