Global HR Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Projects Lead

Ayvens is seeking an HR Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Projects Manager to lead HR regulatory and ESG projects, coordinate stakeholders across countries, and ensure alignment of Group HR policies with governance and risk management practices.

Ideal candidate has strong project management skills, fluency in French and English, and experience in CSRD/ESRS reporting, DMA, Duty of Care, KYE and policy governance. Autonomous with stakeholder engagement across HR, Risk, Compliance and ESG teams.
