Global HR Program Lead: Multi-Country Rollouts

ADP is seeking an HR Program Manager to lead end-to-end HR domain deployment across multiple countries for Global HCM.The role partners with Country Project Managers and Solution Designers to ensure HR readiness, go-live, and smooth cutover across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and payroll dependencies.

Responsibilities include governance, cadence, RAID, and cross-workstream collaboration to deliver stable HR go-lives and adherence to Global blueprints.
