Global HR Manager: Multi-Country People Strategy

Jobtailor is looking for a Group HR Manager who will report to the CEO and drive the People strategy with a strong operational focus. You will define and roll out the HR roadmap, ensuring excellent execution day-to-day across FR/UK/US.

You will lead a two-person team including a People Partner for UK/US and a Recruiter, harmonize roles and policies, and implement clear career paths with measurable criteria. Fluent English and French labour law knowledge are required.
