Global HR M&A & International Expansion Lead

Alan is expanding its global footprint through acquisitions, alliances and new country openings. This senior role sits in the People team and drives HR due diligence, contract transfers and post‑merger integration across France, Spain, Belgium, and beyond.

You will partner with Corporate, Legal, Finance and business leaders to ensure fast, compliant and humane integration of acquired teams, while building repeatable playbooks and leveraging AI for impact.
